* Terms & Conditions: The March Hare organisers reserve the right to refuse entry. All prepaid entries must arrive on a road legal Motorcycle or Trike. The March Hare Rally Site is a public licensed venue - to enter you must be 18 or over, unless accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian. If Under 18 you must have a current motorcycle license to ride on site. By entering the March Hare Rally Site I hereby agree to abide by all the rules and regulations covering this event. I will hold blameless and without fault any member or agent of the promoters or organising committee for any injury, damage, loss or theft, which may occur whilst attending, or travelling to or from The March Hare Rally.

Site Info and How To Get There:
The March Hare Rally is held in the Showgrounds on the outskirts of Waimate township. The site is sign posted from SH1 and SH82
click for map. If you're crossing Cook Strait, Bluebridge Ferry have discount fares for the March Hare! (We will give you the 2012 discount code as soon as its available)
Gates open on the Friday at 9am. Friday night is a great night for a catch up. Camping sites will be available from Thursday afternoon if you want to set up early. The site is an easy walk from the centre of Waimate, we also run a free shuttle service at regular intervals to the various watering holes etc around the town.
Eftpos is not available on site so bring plenty of cash.
No cars are allowed on the Rally site. There is plenty of parking for support vehicles in the area opposite the site. You can unload gear at the entry gate but the vehicle must be removed immediately. We will then ferry your gear to your camp site for you.
Under 18's are not permitted to ride on site unless they have a bike license.
Onsite Liquor License:
We have a licensed bar on site. Our beer is CHEAP and COLD so please do not bring any BYO to the rally.
Our liquor license conditions do not allow BYO alcohol on-site and also require all persons under 18 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on site!
We have a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks and water, as well as our legendary range of excellent food available at all times on site.

The cost of running the March Hare Rally is always increasing. To keep this years prepay entry as affordable as possible, we now have two options. $30 prepay (rally entry and a 2012 badge) or $35 prepay (rally entry, a 2012 souvenir handle and 2012 badge). Handles can only be ordered and paid for when you prepay. They will not be for sale at the rally. Gate entry on the day is $35 (including 2012 rally badge).
